The Committee for Promoting the Cultivation of TeaLa's Globalized Talent<\/li><li>2. The Committee of Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion<\/li><li>3. The Committee of Industrial Innovation Promotion<\/li><li>4. The Committee of International Affairs Promotion<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Article III<\/strong>\u00a0The tasks of each committee are as follows:<\/p><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a01.  The Committee for Promoting the Cultivation of TeaLa's Globalized Talent<\/p><ul><li>Planning and promotion of talent cultivation<\/li><li>Exchange and contact with domestic and foreign universities<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a02. The Committee of Economic and Trade Cooperation Promotion<\/p><ul><li>Research and proposal of TeaLa policies and legislation<\/li><li>Consultation on relevant regulations and laws governing organizational operations<\/li><li>Collection and dissemination of domestic and international economic intelligence information<\/li><li>Other matters related to regulatory research and committee-approved matters<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a03. The Committee of Industrial Innovation Promotion<\/p><ul><li>International industrial promotion<\/li><li>Matching of technology, capital, and markets<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a04. Committee of International Affairs Promotion<\/p><ul><li>Exchange and contact with domestic and foreign organizations<\/li><li>Organization of visits and exchange activities<\/li><li>Other matters related to international cooperation<\/li><li>Collection and dissemination of foreign market  intelligence information<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Article IV<\/strong>\u00a0Each committee shall consist of 5 to 11 members, including a chairman appointed by the Board of Directors from among the Directors, Supervisors, and Members of the organization, and subject to the approval of the Board of Directors. Vice chairmen and committee members shall be recommended by the chairman of the committee and appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Directors from among the Directors, Supervisors, member representatives, and responsible personnel of relevant enterprises, and submitted to the Board of Directors for approval. The term of office for all positions is three years, in coordination with the reelection of Directors and Supervisors.<\/p><p><strong>Article V<\/strong>\u00a0The chairman, vice chairman, and members of each committee shall serve without remuneration, and the necessary expenses of the committee shall be paid by the organization from relevant budget items.<\/p><p><strong>Article VI<\/strong>\u00a0Committee meetings shall convene every three months and impromptu meetings may also be conducted when necessary.<\/p><p><strong>Article VII<\/strong>\u00a0Committees may attend joint meetings of the Board of Directors and Supervisors under necessary circumstances, and may present reports on cases assigned by the Board of Directors and Supervisors.<\/p><p><strong>Article VIII<\/strong>\u00a0Committees shall not issue any documents to external sources.
